The Brass Heart Inn, located in the verdant foothills of the Mount Washington valley, serves as the nerve center, the home base, the nexus of all wedding activities during the Brooks/ Craig merger. The inn will board many of the wedding guests, in addition to hosting the rehearsal dinner and after party, the ceremony and the reception. The latter will be held in an incomparable barn where we'll kick up the dust (metaphorically, as the barn does have floors) until midnight.In terms of getting a room or bed in Brass Heart, we'll be looking through our guest list in the coming months and determining who should stay on-site, guided by an entirely unscientific and frankly haphazard set of parameters. That said, if you have your heart set on staying at the inn, please call us ASAP and we'll give your claim due consideration.
If you're thinking that The Brass Heart Inn is just a place to sleep, get married, dance and eat, you're dead wrong. The inn will also function as a meeting point for everyone staying throughout the area. We expect guests to engage in meaningful conversations in the on-site bars, the library and reading rooms, on the expansive deck, or even during an early morning stroll about the expansive grounds of the estate. We will host pick-up games of croquet and volleyball; all are encouraged to play.
